Update:
May 2020 The bush fire crisis sadly affected large areas of Eastern Australia in January 2020. With Australia's supply of honey greatly reduced, this puts great pressure on the supply from Western Australia.

Purpose
Raw honey is a good source of natural sweetness.
Our Redgum honey is a popular Australian honey. The name comes from the Red Gum or Marri tree. The taste is very popular with children, and it's good for an every day honey.
Redgum Honey is from a family-run operation in Western Australia. The honey is collected from virgin forests using traditional methods. It is not filtered or heat-treated. It therefore retains its natural phytonutrients, enzymes, antioxidants, propolis, pollen, vitamins and minerals for your good health.

This is raw honey as processing honey removes and destroys much of the health-promoting qualities. For the same reason, it is not advisable to mix with very hot water or cook/bake with it.
Directions
Take it neat or make a honey drink with one teaspoon in warm water. We like to add a squeeze of lime and a pinch of black salt for a really rejuvenating beverage.
For best results, store in a glass container once opened.
Crystallisation may occur in raw honey. To liquify, place container in warm water gently without lid.
