Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of whole milk (preferably susu lembu) 1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp ginger powder 1 pinch ground black pepper 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon or 1 stick 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom, or 2-3 cardamom pods, crushed (optional) 1 tbsp oil - ghee or coconut oil 1 tbsp sweetener - panang kalkandu, honey or maple syrup
Instructions: 1. Warm milk on low heat 2. Add spices and simmer for 5-10 min 3. Sieve and discard solids. 4. When slightly cool, mix in oil and sweetener
